Tammy Jakeman has lived in Eastern Passage, for 27 years.
CUPE is proud to support our member Tammy Jakeman, a passionate advocate for justice and equality, to be the next NDP MLA for Eastern Passage.
Tammy is an Education Program Assistant with the Halifax Regional Centre for Education, where she works with students who need extra support.
Tammy is a shop steward and a member of the Health and Safety Committee with her union local.
In her spare time, Tammy is also a devoted community volunteer, helping out at the Eastern Passage Legion, the Buffalo Club, and the schools her two children attended.
