The Lead Table met with the Employer Committee in Conciliation on Friday, March 31st, where a Tentative Agreement was reached.
The ratification meeting with the Lead Home, CUPE Local 3454 – Shoreham Village – has been scheduled for Thursday, April 13th, 2023.
The results of the ratification meeting will be shared as soon as the votes are tabulated.
No details of the Tentative Agreement will be shared until the members at the Lead Home have voted.
On April 5th we will still gather for our Day of Action in Halifax, New Glasgow, and Yarmouth in support of the Community Service Sector and their bargaining, which is just getting underway. Please come out in support of your fellow workers!
