Are you a CUPE Nova Scotia member in the Truro area? How would you like to join your division executive and have loads of fun in the 2024 Truro Pride Parade!? We’ll be participating in this annual Pride event on Saturday, June 22nd, and we’d be thrilled to have you with us! If you arrive at the Colchester Legion Stadium on Lorne Street around 12:30pm, you’ll find us decorating the CUPE Nova Scotia van (pictured below). It is quite possible that this will be a hot and sunny day, so remember to apply plenty of sunscreen. We will also be providing water at the van, so please bring a water bottle for yourself. The parade will begin at 1:00pm, and make its way through the downtown streets to Civic Square. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of the celebration!
